Product Support Specialist Location: St. Paul, MN Pay: $20.00 for Product Support Specialist Associates or $24.00 for Product Support Specialist Intermediate 1st shift: 10am-6:30pm, M-F Status: temp-to-hire after 3 months Summary: The primary focus of the Product Support position is to support users by providing technical product support to enhance their overall product and service experience; through strong product and application knowledge assist users with technical queries enabling them to successfully configure, manage and complete their project. Essential Responsibilities: • Respond to user inquires through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, etc. regarding how to use the product and tool features to accomplish their specific tasks or milestones. • May assist users in the setup and configuration of tools and features within company's technology products. • Using product knowledge, this role will provide support to our users who are experiencing simple or more complex issues with our products; troubleshoot and directly answer user questions to resolve the issues they are experiencing. Route issues that the Product Support Specialist is unable to resolve to the appropriate person or team for timely user resolution. • Provide educational tutorials and support on the platform’s capabilities and functionality to users; Build positive relationships while being proactive in anticipating client needs • Develop knowledge of industry and clients’ use cases, in order to more fully understand background of support questions • Capture client product support requests through internal workflow tools to ensure excellent user experience and support business metrics and reporting Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • High school diploma required. • Strong technical aptitude and learning agility • 3-5 years previous experience in a client service or operational support environment • Demonstrated knowledge of functional area • Superior communication skills, especially in explaining technical terms in a way that non-technical individuals can understand • High degree of independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work well in a team collaboration environment • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities • Reads and understands simple blue prints and sketches. • Manufactures parts to blue prints and/or sketches using Operator Inspection Instructions (OII) as guide. • Inspects parts produced as instructed by Operator Inspection Instructions (OII), teacher, set-up person, lead-person or supervisor using tools such as tape measure, caliper, micrometer, protractor and document findings. • Upon completion of production operation, returns pattern, check fixture and any documentation forms to proper location. • Stacks parts, cleans machines or does other duties as assigned • Operates various types and sizes of stamping presses in a safe and efficient manner or some machines including milling machines, CNC machines, spot welders, turret machines, rivet machine and others as instructed. Background Profile • Recent mechanical and shop experience that includes listed below skills • Some knowledge of the equipment, materials, methods and practices used in the production process. • Some knowledge of related safety requirements to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions • Ability to understand and follow routine oral and written instructions • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Must have average math skills and mechanical ability.

Ensures that production operators are supplied with raw material, removes finished goods and empties scrap containers. Assist set-up personnel with removing dies and placement of dies in the press. Ensure that the production area is supplied with dies and raw material as requested. Assist other departments and coworkers as needed. Responsibilities • Operates a forklift in the production area to supply materials to multiple equipment operators in a safe, accurate and efficient manner. • Checks inputs and inventory movements • Puts away raw material and moves finished goods to trailers from production areas. • Provides Production with raw material work in progress (including child parts), containers, and dies. Removes scrap, dies and finished goods from Production. • Uses the scale to piece count and weigh the finished product. • Cleans and rearranges things to improve working conditions in a safe and efficient manner. • Follows all safety regulations. • Keeps all material neat and orderly in accordance with the Five-Pillar concept. Background Profile • Strong working knowledge of the equipment, materials, methods and practices used in material handling and warehouse operations. • Working knowledge of related safety equipment to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions (forks down, no climbing racks, using walkway doors, etc.). • Ability to organize, coordinate and perform material handling activities in a production environment. • Ability to understand, follow and issue routine oral and written instructions. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Ability to anticipate potential bottlenecks in the production process and react to them in a safe and efficient manner. • Ability to work well under pressure in a safe and efficient manner.

Welders – Direct Hire Location: Lakeville, MN Salary: $16.00-$20.00 per hour DOE + Shift Differential 1st shift: M-F, 7am-3:15 pm 3rd shift: SU-TH, 11:00PM-7:15AM What’s in it for you • Professional career growth, advancement and learning opportunities • Working for a company that invests in their people, equipment, and working environment • Competitive benefits and salary packages • Professional diversity As a Welder, you will operates the manual welder and inspect/ensure the production of quality parts. Inspect parts. Help with design of jigs and fixtures for a safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities • Use the basic inspection equipment (calipers, height gauge, etc.) to be able to inspect parts being produced by the individual. • Produce quality welds with the settings the cell was setup with. • Adjust to changes in production requirements. • Acknowledge problems with the welder and be able to get the correct individual involved. • Maintain a clean and safe work area by following the clean-up schedule. • Must be able to use the computer software to clock in and out of work and in/out of jobs along with checking job count. Background Profile • Ability to understand, follow and issue routine oral and written instructions. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. • Knowledge of basic Welding (MIG and TIG) • Basic knowledge of a Welder #2.

Perm PEX Machine Operator Day Shift: 6am-6pm, 4 days on and 4 days off - $17.00 per hour Nights shift: 6pm-6am, 4nights on and 4 nights off - $19.00 per hour Duration: Perm with full benefits including 4 Weeks of PTO! Location: Apple Valley, MN Responsibilities: Details: Set-up, adjust and operate extrusion equipment and auxiliary extrusion equipment. Provide assistance at secondary lines as required. Measure and submit samples to ensure quality pipe products. This position is required to maintain accurate production reports. •Operates PEX Extruder Equipment as required by following written procedures •Change PEX Reels as required by following written procedures •Change Material as required by using a forklift and following all safety rule •Accurately uses measuring gauges to monitor pipe dimensions as required •Record all dimensions on production report ensuring accurate and legible data avoiding Order Rejects •Maintain work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas •Collect and submit Quality samples as required •Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in lean initiatives.
